Shipping & Delivery
Hardware prices on this website are quoted EXW (Ex Works). The shipping terms below depend on whether machines are delivered to a Hashlabs facility or directly to you.
Machines shipped to our facility
When you purchase machines for hosting at one of our facilities, Hashlabs handles all freight, import logistics, and customs clearance. Everything is included in the flat shipping fee below — you do not need to arrange anything.

Shipping is billed as a separate line item on the hardware invoice. The line reads:
Shipping — 10 units × $300 = $3,000
The rate is confirmed at contract signing based on the facility you choose.
Machines delivered to your location
If you purchase machines for delivery to your own location, you take delivery EXW at the machine's location as specified in the specific deal, and are solely responsible for arranging onward freight, import clearance, and all associated costs.
We have extensive logistics experience and can help you arrange shipping and importation to your country against a separate fee. This is handled outside the machine purchase and agreed on a case-by-case basis.
