Review the offer, sign the contract, and pay the first invoice. Hosting begins with a deposit and one month of hosting prepaid.
Commission and operate
Hashlabs commissions the miners and gives you access to the client portal, where you can monitor the operation and interact with our team. We handle the ongoing facility operations.

What does Hashlabs hosting include?+
The standard service covers facility space, electricity, cooling, connectivity, deployment, monitoring, routine operational work, and support. The exact service scope is stated in the written hosting offer and agreement.
Do I own the mining machines?+
Yes. Hosting is an operational service for physical machines that you own. Hardware identification, ownership terms, and any transfer conditions are stated in the applicable written documents.
Do I need to buy the miners from Hashlabs?+
The standard online flow pairs hosting with miners purchased through Hashlabs. Owners of existing machines may submit an inquiry, but compatibility, condition, quantity, logistics, and facility capacity must be reviewed before Hashlabs can offer hosting.
Is the displayed hosting rate the complete cost?+
The displayed rate is the current standard energy-based hosting rate for the facility. Shipping, setup, deposits, taxes, repairs, or other charges may apply depending on the deployment and are stated before you accept a written offer.
Is mining uptime guaranteed?+
No. Mining equipment and infrastructure can experience maintenance, curtailment, network, environmental, or other interruptions. Any service levels or remedies that apply are defined only in the written hosting agreement.
Can I choose the hosting country?+
You can select from the facilities shown as available. The final location depends on the chosen miner, cooling method, quantity, technical compatibility, and capacity at the time the written offer is prepared.
