Europe-first repair service
Europe is our main service area. We manage the complete repair process, from the initial assessment and logistics to repair, testing, quality control, and return delivery.
Hashlabs has extensive ASIC repair experience and knows the component supply chain. Our internal repair specialists have passed technical tests set by leading miner manufacturers. They coordinate each job and ensure the quality of the completed work.
We work with established repair centres across Europe and can also arrange repairs through centres in other countries when appropriate. Our team diagnoses the problem, sources the required parts, oversees the repair, tests the miners, and keeps you informed throughout.

We speak with you to understand the faults, priorities, timing, and desired outcome in detail.
Before shipment, we estimate the repair scope and cost from the information available. We aim to make this quote as accurate as possible, but the final cost requires a physical inspection.
You accept the preliminary quote and send the miners to the repair centre. Hashlabs helps coordinate the logistics.
We physically diagnose the miners and send a final scope and price for your approval. The price may be slightly lower or higher than the preliminary quote. If you decline, you pay a small diagnostics fee and we return the miners.
Once the final offer is approved, we repair the miners, test them, and ship them back to you. Completed repair work includes a 30-day warranty, subject to the applicable terms and exclusions.
