All mining hardware sales are final and non-refundable. Miner prices may change before the official quote is issued.
Delivery
Shipping terms and costs depend on the destination and are confirmed by Hashlabs. We can help facilitate shipping to most locations, normally dispatch within 7 working days, with delivery a few days after that.

Payment is accepted in BTC, USDT, USD, CHF, and EUR. Payment instructions are provided with the official quote.

Hashlabs contacts you within 24 hours on weekdays to answer questions, help refine or change your selection, and confirm stock, shipping, hosting, and timing. We recommend a call for larger purchases, but text or email is also available.
Receive your offer
Hashlabs sends you a written offer with the confirmed products, services, pricing, and payment instructions.
Payment
Complete payment using BTC, USDT, USD, CHF, or EUR, according to the instructions in your official offer.
Delivery or deployment
We help facilitate shipping to your chosen location or coordinate deployment at the selected Hashlabs hosting facility.
After-sales support
We assist with eligible warranty and operational issues. Hosted customers continue working with Hashlabs throughout the hosting service.
